Every one of your drivers need to be liscensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia
Authority First!
Every NEMT will need their DMV authority BEFORE a policy can be started. This is so we can match a policy with your state filing.
Capacity Limits
The passenger capacity of your vehicle determines the required liability limits!
Not Just Auto Insurance
Depending on what contracts you work with, you may be required to get GL/WC/Professional Liability and Sexual and Abuse Molestation.
Employees Only
Our insurance companies will require that your drivers are actually employees of your company. They cannot be 1099 independant Contractors.
Contract Timing
